KASMA (Kutztown Area School Music Association) is a non-profit booster club, run soley by volunteers, that supports both vocal and instrumental music education in grades K-12.  The organization holds fundraising events to supplement the budgets of the music directors/ educational programs. These additional funds are used toward the purchase of music, new instruments or intrument repairs, special assemblies, competitions, and educational trips.  

The Kutztown Area School District has a strong history of musical excellence. Each year at the middle and high school levels we have a number of students who audition and participate in chorus, band and orchestra at both the County and District levels. 

We have even sent students to Nationals. Our jazz ensembles consistently receive ratings of excellent, outstanding or superior when competing in jazz festivals.
